Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in unused and unopened condition (with the original packaging and tags intact).
- The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (such as clearance products, custom-made gear, or personal hygiene products).
- You must present proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or invoice.
How to Return an Item:

- Pack the item securely with its original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds for items purchased via credit/debit card will be processed to the original card.
- If you paid through another method, we will issue the refund via the same payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you can do so within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in unused and unopened condition. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with processing the exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product. Be sure to keep the original packaging and any shipping materials for us to assess the damage properly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Opened fishing baits, lures, or tackle.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance items.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
